UX – Improving user flow to the Spotify Equalizer
As part of my RMIT UX course in 2021 I took on the challenge of improving the user flow to the Equalizer in the Spotify mobile app. I conducted a series of interviews and observed the circumstances in which users interact with the Equalizer feature, and later compiled that data as a basis for creating a working prototype of the improved user flow.
